We participate with the whole design team to generate a balanced design which satisfies a wide range of performance and aesthetic requirements. Façades form the ‘envelope’ (walls and a roof) between the internal and external environments. Their design fundamentally affects the performance of the whole building.Today, the facade accounts for some 15 to 30 percent of overall construction cost,making facade technology one of the most cost-intensive disciplines.
Good façade design contributes to optimised performance, reduced energy costs and improved comfort levels. Our goal is to integrate the thermal, acoustic, fire and ventilation performance requirements, whilst honouring the aesthetic intent. All these objectives are to be delivered within the context of environmental sustainability and economic viability.
Our staff is well versed in the design and implementation of architectural external façade systems as well as practical experience of the industry which is critical in achieving the client and the designer objectives.
During the design stage the team is in constant touch with the technical team of the systems provider and the building solution specialist.

| PROJECT MANAGEMENT |
| Upon the award of the contract our team closely monitors the overall planning, coordination, and control of the project such that the sequential process of approvals of design calculations and shop drawings, procurements, installation and handing over is well coordinated and aimed to meet client’s and consultants’ requirement in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project. |
